How I felt? A little sad! I felt the same way when my first born turned one. I don't know why, its just that transition from them being your little baby in your arms one minute to them suddenly being a little toddler. Its a hard transition for us mums.
How I overcome the sadness? I somehow stumbled across two bottles of bubbly Hardys Crest. Not all to myself of course! I did share a glass with my friend who payed us a visit in the afternoon and then shared a glass or two with my husband, but the rest? I consumed! I am feeling a little delicate today!
But hey its not every day your little princess turns 1!
